Hosted. More than 80% of our clients host their software with Wellspring. We manage all server security, updates and patches, with complete disaster recovery and duplicate back-ups in separate locations.

ASP. For smaller offices requiring just a basic system, Wellspring offers an ASP model where clients pay a monthly price for use of the software as well as hosting services and maintenance.

Installed. Sophia can also be hosted at your organization. Wellspring will work with your technical staff to set-up servers and security on the server. Sophia can also be installed in a virtual machine environment as well as within a VPN.

Sophia's software operates in an open source environment, running on any flavor of Linux server (Red Hat, Ubuntu, Fedora, etc.). The typical installation operates on a MySQL or PostgreSQL database; however, Sophia is database independent and can be set-up to run on Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other database systems. Plus, there is no need for additional software licenses to use Wellspring, saving money on licensing fees while reducing the labor required of your IT staff to maintain the system.
